Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Adload("Adload", "we", "us"), available at adload.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Adload is operated by Larin Talabani-Durmus (see Imprint).
1. Beta Status of the Service
Adload is currently offered as a closed beta. The service is provided free of charge during this phase. A paid plan structure will be introduced at a later date; we will give you advance written notice (by email and inside the application) before any charges apply, and you may discontinue use at that point at no cost.
2. The Service
Adload helps you bulk-upload advertisements to your Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad accounts. The core features are: connecting one or more Meta ad accounts via OAuth, selecting a template ad, selecting target ad sets, defining reusable presets for copy and creative-enhancement defaults, uploading media assets, and creating ads in your ad accounts through the Meta Marketing API.
3. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind any organisation on whose behalf you use Adload. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. We use a passwordless magic-link sign-in flow; protect the email account associated with your Adload account.
4. Meta Platform Integration
Adload requires you to connect a Meta account via Facebook's OAuth flow. By connecting, you authorize Adload to access your Meta ad accounts on your behalf, subject only to the OAuth scopes you granted. You may disconnect at any time inside Adload or by revoking access in your Facebook account settings.
You agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Terms, and Advertising Standards. You are solely responsible for the content, targeting, and compliance of every advertisement you create through Adload.
We do not guarantee that ads created through Adload will be approved by Meta, that they will be delivered, or that they will achieve any particular performance. Adload is not liable for ad rejections, account suspensions imposed by Meta, advertising spend, budget overruns, or campaign performance.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Adload (videos, images, copy, presets). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and transmit your content to Meta solely for the purpose of operating the service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Adload to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- create or distribute ads that violate Meta's Advertising Standards
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public parts of the service
- interfere with the operation of the service or other users' use of it
- upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or harm Adload infrastructure
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Beta Disclaimers
Because Adload is in beta:
- We may add, remove, or change features at any time without notice.
- The service may have bugs and may be temporarily unavailable.
- No service-level agreement applies. We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees during the beta phase.
- We may end the beta or terminate any account at our discretion, giving reasonable notice where feasible.
9. Intellectual Property
Adload, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adload is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta phase. We exclude all implied warranties.
We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). For damages caused by ordinary negligence resulting from breach of a material contractual obligation, our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. All other liability is excluded.
In no event are we liable for advertising spend on Meta, for budget overruns, for ad delivery decisions made by Meta, or for the performance of any ad campaign created through Adload.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Adload harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may delete your Adload account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or Meta's policies, for fraud, or where required by law. On termination, our deletion timelines under the Privacy Policy apply.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to signed-in users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside remain unaffected.
For users acting in a business capacity (Kaufleute, Sondervermögen, juristische Personen), the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Nürnberg, Germany.
15. EU Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
